Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle, mix the yeast with a little water and sugar and pour into the well. Let the yeast dough rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Then add the rest of the water, salt and olive oil, stir with the dough hook to a smooth dough. Now knead the dough by hand until a loose, shiny and smooth dough is formed. Let the dough rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
  2. For the tomato sauce, fry the diced onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent, add the tomatoes and simmer the liquid. Season the tomato sauce with sugar, salt, pepper and chili powder.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a greased tray and brush with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and grated cheese and bake at 250 ° C in the preheated oven (so that the dough is really crispy, the tray must be placed on the floor in the oven). Bake the pizza for about 8-10 minutes. When it`s nice and crispy, take the tray out of the oven.
  4. Place the Parma ham on the pizza, spread the rocket, Parmesan shavings and quartered cocktail tomatoes on the pizza and pour a little olive oil over the pizza if you like.
  5. Cut the pizza into small pieces and serve immediately.
