If you don`t have a lid, it also tastes good in the pan.
Peel the potatoes and grate them finely.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Put the grated potatoes, eggs, salt and the yeast milk in a large bowl and mix with the flour until smooth. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let rise for about 30 minutes.
Let the lid / pan get hot and then turn the stove down a little. Rub the lid / pan with the bacon rind before each serving. Use a ladle to put the puffer in the palm of your hand on the hot lid / hot pan. When the top becomes dull, turn the square over.
When the places are ready, brush with salted butter, roll up and enjoy.
