Clean the plaice fillets and dry them with the kitchen paper. Clean the mushrooms and, depending on the size, either leave them whole or cut in halves or quarters. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings or, if you like, into pieces approx. 1-2 cm. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish and pour the white wine over them. Spread the plaice fillets on top, drizzle with the lemon juice and then spread the bacon slices on top.
Then bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes (until the bacon is crispy and the fillets are cooked through).
