Put the flour and all other ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Line a 500 g loaf pan with baking paper.
After 30 minutes, flour the work surface, dough and hands. Lift the dough out of the bowl and knead again with your hand until tension. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out with a little water using a pastry brush. Make a lengthwise cut and put in the cold oven. The baking time begins when the baking temperature is reached, approx. 40 minutes at 170 degrees top / bottom heat.
