Instructions

  1. Soak the dried plums in schnapps and water overnight.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, add the soaked plums and enough soaking water until the dough has a tough consistency.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
