Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast in a cup and mix with 3 tablespoons of lukewarm milk. Add a pinch of sugar to the dissolved yeast and stir too. Pour this pre-dough into the hollow of the flour and let the bowl rise at 50 ° C for about 20-30 minutes (it is best to simply put it in the oven). In the meantime, wash the plums, stone them and cut them in half. Score these in the middle so that they can easily be folded apart (you can of course also take plums out of the jar). Then add sugar, salt, cinnamon, margarine, egg and gradually the milk and knead into a smooth dough that can be easily removed from the edge of the bowl afterwards. Let rise again for approx. 20-30 minutes in the still warm oven.
Then roll out the dough on a greased tray and cover with the plums.
