Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until frothy. Mix in the yogurt, stir in the flour and baking powder.
  2. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and cover with the plums tightly.
  3. Prepare a crumble from powdered sugar, walnuts, butter, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle over the plums.
