For the plum cream cheese, simply core the plums and then mix with the milk and cream cheese and season with sweetener.
Then cook the porridge, so just put the milk, the oat flakes and the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. It is best to switch off the stove as soon as it boils and simmer with the residual heat until it is mushy. Add sweetener to taste.
When the porridge is ready, simply mix with the plum cream cheese and enjoy warm or cold.
