Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (hot air) and grease a baking sheet with a baking frame or a very high rim (30 x 40 cm) or line it with baking paper.
  2. For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer for 1 minute until frothy. Stir in the oil and lemonade. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture in portions. Not too strong, otherwise the air will escape.
  3. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. To test whether the dough is through, you can pierce the dough with a toothpick or a metal needle (e.g. knitting needle). When no more dough sticks to it, it`s done. Take out of the oven and let cool down.
  4. Spread the plum jam on the base and whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiff until stiff. Stir the sour cream in a bowl until creamy and carefully fold in the cream. Spread the mixture over the plum jam and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
