Instructions

  1. Briefly bring the pitted plums to the boil. Put the marzipan cut into small pieces into the hot fruit mixture, stir and puree everything finely with the hand blender. Add the preserving sugar and prepare according to the instructions on the package. After cooking for 2 minutes, add the port wine.
  2. Fill into glasses.
  3. Since the marzipan is very sweet, I use preserving sugar 3: 1, otherwise it will be too sweet for me.
  4. The amount of port wine can of course be varied as desired, up to 100 ml it tastes good to us and friends.
