Instructions

  1. Cut the washed and pitted plums into small cubes. Peel the organic orange thinly and cut the peel into fine strips. Peel all the oranges so that no white skin remains, cut out the fillets and collect the juice. Weigh out 400 g of this and cut the fillets into small pieces. Strip off the lavender flowers. Mix the diced plums, orange pieces, juice and zest with the preserving sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes. Stir in lavender flowers and pour into glasses while still hot.
  2. Makes about 4 glasses.
