- Core and halve the plums. Finely grate the tonka bean.
- Bring all ingredients to the boil and then reduce to a low heat for about 1 hour. Puree finely in between.
- Fill into twist-off glasses while still hot and let cool upside down.
- If you want an attractive color, you can add approx. 1 tablespoon citric acid.
