Instructions

  1. For this oatmeal, first put the oatmeal and almond milk in a glass (I like to use preserving jars for oats). Now put the plums, skyr, dates and vanilla extract in a blender and whisk everything until everything is completely blended and pureed.
  2. Now line the edge of the preserving jar with sliced plums, then pour the creamy mixture into the jar. Top with a layer of granola, berry jam and hazelnut butter if you like. As a further topping add coconut flakes and physalis and the oatmeal is ready.
  3. Put the whole thing in the fridge overnight.
