Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a cup with 5 tablespoons of lukewarm milk and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Heat the rest of the milk with sugar, fat and salt until the fat melts. Whisk the eggs with the warm, but not hot, mixture.
  2. Sieve the flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle and stir in the yeast and the milk-fat mixture one after the other. Knead the dough vigorously and shape it into a ball. Cover with a cloth in a warm place and let rise for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Knead the yeast dough again and cut into 20 portions. Shape cakes (like pudding cookies) out of this, place on a greased baking sheet and brush with sour cream.
  4. Place the plums on the yeast particles and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Let rise for 10 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
