Instructions

  1. Drain the plums and place in a dish.
  2. Bring the juice (or the red wine, or half and half) to the boil with cinnamon and thicken with the icing powder. Pour over the fruit.
  3. Prepare a cream from the whipped cream and the yoghurt. Pour the mixture onto the fruit and sprinkle with brown sugar. Put in a cool place and let it steep. Can be prepared very well the day before.
