Take the puff pastry out of the cooler and leave it in the pack for 10 minutes.
Cook a pudding from milk, sugar and vanilla pudding powder according to the instructions on the packet. Cover it and put it in a cool place.
Cut the prepared plums into wedges.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut lengthways into 3 strips and cut these strips into thirds again. Divide all pieces on 2 baking sheets.
Stir in a heaped tablespoon of curd cheese well under the cooled pudding. Spread one tablespoon of pudding from this mixture on each strip of dough and smooth it out. Leave a small margin all around. Place the plum wedges on top. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on top of each piece.
Bake the whole thing one after the other in the oven at 175 ° C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
