Instructions

  1. A glass with a capacity of 200 ml serves as the unit of measurement.
  2. For the minced meat filling, cut the peeled onion into small pieces and fry it with the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Add the chopped parsley and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Let the whole thing cool down.
  3. For the feta filling, crumble the cheese and mix with the chopped parsley.
  4. Mix the flour, milk, oil, 2 egg whites, salt, sugar and baking powder and knead into an earlobe-soft dough. Knead in more flour as needed. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. Separate walnut-sized pieces from the dough and shape into a ball. Press the dough balls into a circle by hand on a lightly floured surface. Place a teaspoon of the selected filling in the middle of the dough surface and close to form a semicircle. Press the edges firmly in place.
  6. Then place the prepared dumplings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the dumplings with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes until they are golden yellow.
  7. They taste warm and cold.
