Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, egg yolk, coffee cream, sugar and raisins to a stiff dough. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the dough together with the baking powder. Bake the dough in portions in a poffertjes pan.
  2. Brush with butter and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
  3. A little compote might be enough.
