Cut the pointed cabbage into fine strips, finely dice the carrot and cut the peppers into fine cubes. Put everything in a bowl.
Mix a dressing from vinegar, olive oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, season to taste and pour over the salad. Stir everything well and let it steep.
In the meantime, remove the leaves of the lamb`s lettuce from the roots, wash and drain. Roast the pine nuts.
Mix the lamb`s lettuce and pine nuts with the salad to serve.
