Instructions

  1. Clean the cabbage, remove the outer leaves if necessary, quarter them and cut out the stalk. Cut the cabbage into strips, wash. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan or stew pan and sweat the onion in it. Add the cabbage and let it collapse (the cabbage shouldn`t cook too long as it cooks quickly and otherwise it will lose its beautiful color.
  3. Add the curry (maybe about 1-2 tablespoon) and granulated broth and pour the milk and cream (so that the cabbage is not completely covered) and let it boil. Season to taste with salt, sugar and possibly curry and thicken a little with mixed cornstarch (or flour).
