Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the pointed cabbage, then cut the pointed cabbage into small pieces. The easiest way to do this is to quarter it and then cut strips from front to back.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and lime. Grate the carrots. Mix the pointed cabbage with all the other ingredients.
