Instructions

  1. Clean the pointed cabbage, cut into strips and wash. Peel and dice the onion. If you like, you can sauté the onion. Cook the pointed cabbage, onions, stock and cream cheese in a pressure cooker for seven minutes. Allow to evaporate, puree and season to taste and then transfer to deep plates.
  2. Great toasted pieces of toast, leek rings, etc. are ideal as a topping.
