Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tartare until it is nice and crisp. Dice the onion and fry with the tartare. Cut the pointed cabbage into strips and add to the pan. First let it sear briefly, then add a little water and let it simmer until the cabbage has collapsed nicely.
  2. Stir in the sour cream and season everything to taste. Only fold in the diced sheep cheese at the very end.
  3. Boiled potatoes taste great with them.
