Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, add water, flour and salt.
  2. Remove from the heat and knead a dough, form a roll. Cut the roll into thin slices. Roll out the slices thinly with a rolling pin. These sheets of dough are fried in a pan without oil.
  3. Cover the finished polar bread thinly with butter, lettuce leaves and e.g. fish or meat and roll up.
