Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in the polenta and bring to the boil again. When it has thickened (goes very quickly), take it off the heat and stir in the sweetener and apple pulp.
  2. Now add any fruit (I advise against pineapple and kiwi because of the acidity) and nuts on top.
