Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and roast the onion until golden brown. Roast the bacon and garlic briefly and then add the vegetable stock. Add the potatoes and cook until soft.
  2. Pour in the polenta and simmer until it is soft. As soon as the polenta is in the soup, you should be careful not to burn it. When the polenta is soft, add the cream and season with parsley and pepper.
  3. A rich dish, especially tasty on dark, cold winter evenings.
