Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool and peel them. Halve in the middle and take out the egg yolks. Put the egg white halves aside.
  2. Mash the egg yolks in a bowl with a fork, add the cheese, sausage and mayonnaise and stir everything together. Quantities are difficult to make, just try them out. More mayonnaise makes the mixture smoother. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in a piping bag.
  3. Fill the egg halves with it and decorate with chives or parsley as desired.
