Dice the white bread and soak in the milk. Either turn the fish fillet through the meat grinder or puree it with the hand blender. Finely chop the chives. Finely chop the garlic clove.
Mix the fish well with white bread, garlic, chives, ginger, lemon peel, egg yolk, salt, pepper and curry and form small meatballs. Turn in breadcrumbs and then fry both sides in the oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side until brown.
