Instructions

  1. Put the chicken in a bowl. Pour the flour, seasoning, lemon zest and pepper over the meat, mix with 2 forks and loosen.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat until it is very crispy (the meat will be even crisper if it is fried twice).
  3. Mix the raw sugar, orange juice, pineapple juice, soy sauce and corn starch in a pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the pineapple cubes and banana slices to the sauce and heat again briefly. Arrange the meat and pour the sauce over it.
  4. This goes well with dry rice. Chicken meat can be replaced with veal or tender pork. Dish can be prepared in advance, then reheat the meat in the sauce.
