The pom-pom blanc must not be washed, it is only cleaned with a brush. Then cut the mushroom into small pieces. Heat the butter in the pan and then add the mushroom pieces when the butter has melted. If the mushroom is seared on too low a heat, water will leak out, as with all mushrooms. Therefore, the heat has to be a little higher so that it is fried and not boiled.
In the pan, season the mushroom with salt and pepper. When the pom-pom blanc is browned, it`s done!
The fried pom-pom blanc can be eaten with a salad or e.g., as a side dish to potatoes.
