Remove the seeds from half a pomegranate while collecting the juice. Put the kernels in a beaker and chop them up as far as possible with the hand blender. Strain the crushed kernels through a sieve.
Now put all the ingredients: Pomegranate juice and puree, finely chopped banana, juice from squeezed mandarins, buttermilk, melted flakes and agave syrup in the blender and mix vigorously.
