Instructions

  1. Cook the pudding with 50 g sugar according to the instructions. Allow to cool slightly. Halve the pomegranate and beat the seeds in a bowl.
  2. Mix in butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy, stir in eggs one by one. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder alternately with the milk and stir into the butter mixture.
  3. Spread the dough in a greased springform pan (26 cm). Stir the creme fraiche into the pudding and spread on the dough. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the pomegranate seeds.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven (175 °) for about an hour, cover after 45 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with the remaining pomegranate seeds and powdered sugar.
