Peel the pomegranate and put half of the grains in drinking glasses or dessert bowls. Beat the cream with the hand mixer or hand mixer. Stir the quark and yoghurt until smooth and add the vanilla sugar to taste. Fold in the cream.
Distribute the quark mixture in the glasses and distribute the remaining pomegranate grains on top. If necessary, decorate with chocolate sprinkles and refrigerate until consumed.
