- Mix the flour, butter, eggs and crumbled yeast together and knead well until a homogeneous dough forms. Halve the dough and roll a sausage 3 cm thick.
- Cut off pieces as wide as your thumb. The pieces are now rolled out on a handful of sugar. But not too thin, they should stay about 1 cm thick.
