Beat the eggs in a deep plate, season with salt and pepper and beat until whisk. Roll the two slices of toast in the egg on both sides and place a slice of cheese on each of the soaked slices. Fry the bacon briefly in the pan and when it is crispy enough, spread it over the cheese. Fold the two slices together to create a toast-cheese-bacon-cheese-toast sequence. Fry this sandwich in the pan until golden brown on both sides and then enjoy!
