Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl and season with a little salt. Turn the slices of farmer`s bread in it several times. Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the bread slices in it for 2 to 3 minutes while turning. Cover each slice with 3 slices of Tyrolean bacon. Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices. Spread the tomato slices on the ham and season with salt and pepper. Scatter the spring onion rings on top. Sprinkle the Edam over the bread. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes. Season with a little pepper and serve immediately.
