Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Grease a springform pan (26 cm) and dust with flour. Drain the glass of cherries in a colander.
  3. Beat the liquid butter, sugar, eggs and yoghurt until lightly frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder, stir into the foam mixture with the poppy seed baking and lemon peel flavor. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Spread the drained cherries on top.
  4. Use the dough hook on the hand mixer to make a crumble dough from 80 g of soft butter, 50 g of sugar and 120 g of flour. If necessary, tear the streusel with your fingers and spread on the cherries.
