Cook the pudding according to the package instructions, but only with 250 ml milk and 3 tablespoons sugar. Cook the poppy seeds, then let the pudding cool down lukewarm.
Mix the quark with lemon juice, cinnamon, rum and honey. Add the lukewarm pudding spoon by spoon and stir in. Beat the cremefine until stiff and fold in.
Dice the drained peaches, some into slices.
Layer the peach cubes alternately with the cream in dessert glasses. Decorate with the peach slices, chill and enjoy.
