Using milk, pudding powder and 1 tablespoon sugar, cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Add the quark to the warm pudding and cut the mixture in half. Stir the poppy seed fix into one half of it, sweeten the other half with a little honey (and, if necessary, just add a little sugar).
Put the honey cream in a glass bowl (you can see the layers better) and spread the raspberries on top - put a few raspberries on the side as a decoration. Then pour the poppy seed cream over it. If the cream is still warm, the frozen raspberries will thaw quickly. Serve garnished with the remaining raspberries.
This dessert can be prepared very well and tastes very tasty.
