Knead the dough ingredients well and then put 2/3 of the dough in a greased springform pan (26cm) - form a border of approx. 2 cm.
Mix the ingredients for the filling except for the cherries. Drain the cherries well and then mix with cornstarch. Stir into the mixture and spread on the base. Pluck the remaining dough over it.
Bake at 175 ° C top and bottom heat for about 55 minutes. Make a chopstick test. Let cool down well!
