Mix the quark, poppy seeds and egg in a bowl. Divide the puff pastry into six squares. Put a dollop of poppy seed curd on each square and shape into pockets, e.g. place the corners on top of each other and press down.
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 12 minutes.
We like the bags a little lighter, but everyone can do it as they want.
