  2. A small piece (as you like) of white couverture is cut into small pieces. The milk is poured into a small, coated saucepan together with the oat flakes, honey, poppy seeds, vanilla extract and couverture and boiled while stirring. Now take the pot off the hob and cover it with a lid. He has to rest for approx. 4-5 minutes.

The apple is diced and fried with a little cinnamon in a small pan or a small coated saucepan (if you like it a little sweeter, you can caramelize the apples with a little butter, sugar and the cinnamon). Next are the frozen blueberries. Everyone can determine the amount at will. The whole thing is heated until the blueberries are thawed.
