Instructions

  1. Heat the fat in a large pan or wok and fry the meat, cut into very thin slices and then into strips, vigorously in portions over very high heat. Take out and keep warm.
  2. Cut celery into strips, onions and leek into rings and fry in the frying fat. Add the meat again and season with ginger, crushed garlic and soy sauce. Pour in water and stir in the mixed cornstarch. Let everything simmer for another 5 minutes and add the peas. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
  3. This goes well with rice or Chinese noodles.
