Instructions

  1. Fry the onions in butter, add the meat and fry as well. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir in the creme fraiche, stock and chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herb butter. Possibly thicken a little with a sauce thickener.
  2. Croquettes or fresh ribbon noodles also taste very good.
