Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into slices. Fry for a few minutes on both sides and remove from the pan. Deglaze the pan with a good dash of white wine and mix with the gravy with a whisk. Pour on the cream and season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock (and possibly more white wine). Now let the cream boil down. Finally add the chives and the meat again and let them warm up briefly.
  2. Ribbon noodles go wonderfully with it.
