Cut the pork tenderloin into 12 medallions, wrap the bacon and put them together in a flat baking dish. Season on top with a little salt and pepper. Put the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then stir in the paprika powder and tomato paste, reduce a little. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat. Cook at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat, preheated for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
