Slice the pork tenderloin and wrap each slice with a slice of bacon. Fry in a pan without fat for 2 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and place in a baking dish.
Fry the onions cut into rings in the pan in the frying fat. Add some tomato paste and roast with the chopped garlic. Deglaze with the pizza tomatoes. Season with the herbs, salt, pepper and some chilli. Add the cream and bring to the boil, season to taste. Pour the sauce over the pork fillet in the baking dish, put the whole thing in the oven, bake at about 200 degrees for 20 minutes and then serve.
Everything goes well with it, ribbon noodles, rice or fried potatoes. I prefer to eat fresh baguette and salad with it.
