Instructions

  1. Mix the honey, salt, pepper and mustard together. Brush the meat with it and fry all over in oil that is not too hot. Deglaze with creme fraiche and lemon juice. Cut the dill into small pieces and add. Cook and season for 9-12 minutes. Thicken with sauce thickener.
