Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper and brush with a little mustard. Spread the bacon slices next to each other, overlapping them a little, place the fillet on top and wrap the bacon. Now first with the seam side down, then fry on all sides and then place in a baking dish.
  3. Fry the onions briefly, add the mushrooms and fry them, then dust with flour and sweat, then deglaze with the white wine. Simmer a little and then add the cream, water and cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, a little chilli, the herb mixture and the vegetable stock, bring to the boil briefly, season to taste and then pour over the fillet in the baking dish.
  4. This is now in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then remove the meat and wrap it in aluminum foil, let it stand for another 5 minutes.
  5. This goes well with spaetzle, noodles or rice.
