Cut the fillets into pieces large enough to be wrapped in the ham. Brush the ham with mustard and wrap it around the fillets. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Pour off the brew. Whisk the bresso with the cream and pour over the meat. Bake for another 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Risotto or baguette bread tastes very good with it.
